With building construction of the new Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center nearing completion, the temporary office located at Oakwood Mall will be closing effective December 29, 2009. All staff will be relocated to their new offices at the Heritage Center, 507 S. 4th Street, Enid. The new contact number to reach all staff is the main Heritage Center phone line, (580) 237-1907, or through the CSRHC website at www.regionalheritagecenter.org.
“The second phase of fabricating and installing the exhibits will begin early next year. The process will be long and laborious but the level of creativity and innovation that the Heritage Center’s exhibits will contain will be well worth the wait,” says Lew Ward, CSRHC Board Chairman.
Grand Opening of the new facility is planned for September 2010.
